Help Us in Building Our GISW Alumni Network
This coming September our school will celebrate the 63-year anniversary since its founding. For the past 6 decades, we have welcomed new students each year…some staying for a brief season and others remaining for their entire primary and secondary education. The same can be said for those who work and serve at our school. Every student, teacher, and staff member that has spent time with us over the years has contributed something of value and been integral in shaping our vibrant school community. Today, our GISW alumni family is spread far and wide, both here in the U.S. and in many countries and continents throughout the world.
We, at the German International School Washington D.C., are currently on a mission to unite and reconnect with our alumni worldwide. Our school is grateful to be partnering with companies like gategroup, which generously sponsored our first annual gategroup x GISW Alumni Networking Event on April 10th, to support our alumni outreach efforts. We hope to continue to expand upon such opportunities in welcoming our alumni back to campus and strengthening our alumni network through meaningful engagements. The launch of our new alumni database during the past year has provided us with a robust tool for managing contacts and communications with our school’s most important stakeholders. We now seek your help in filling that database!

For our current graduating seniors and any families, teachers, or staff members who may be departing at the end of the school year, we encourage you to complete the online form so that we can extend invitations to upcoming school events, festivals, and alumni gatherings.
